HYDROGEN GAS SENSOR DIGITAL EVALUATION BOARDS
Hydrogen gas sensor digital evaluation boards based on KHS-200 micropellistor MEMS hydrogen sensor. Detect hydrogen gas in the linear range of 0 to 100% LEL (0 to 40,000 PPM) or 0 to 4% hydrogen by volume in air.
These evaluation boards consist of a KHS151 micropellistor hydrogen gas sensor remotely installed up to 7.6 m (25 feet) away from the evaluation board.
Microcontroller-based design, digital calibration, dual audible and visual alarms. 4-20 mA analog output, linear from 0 to 100% LEL, with 1% LEL resolution. Dimensions: 81 mm x 61 mm (3.2" x 2.4").
Two different digital evaluation boards are available:
KHD-EVAL-DC powered by a constant voltage source (12 VDC).
KHD-EVAL-AC powered by a 12 VDC universal input AC Adapter.
HYDROGEN GAS SENSOR ANALOG EVALUATION BOARDS
Hydrogen gas sensor analog evaluation boards based on KHS-200 micropellistor MEMS hydrogen sensor.
These evaluation boards consist of a KHS-200 micropellistor hydrogen sensor, plus on board voltage regulators for the sensor wheatstone bridge and the instrumentation amplifier bias voltages.
The evaluation boards accept a DC input voltage from 4.5 V to 9 V, and provide an amplified analog output voltage from 0 to 2 V that is linearly proportional to the hydrogen gas concentration present in the sensor atmosphere.
Three different analog evaluation boards are available:
KHS-EVAL-L-LEL is a 25 mm x 25 mm (1" x 1") evaluation board and detects hydrogen from 0 to 100% LEL (0 to 40000 PPM or 0 to 4% hydrogen by volume in air).
KHS-EVAL-L-PPM is a 25 mm x 25 mm (1" x 1") evaluation board and detects hydrogen from 0 to 4000 PPM (0 to 10% LEL or 0 to 0.4% hydrogen by volume in air).
KHS-EVAL-S-LEL is a 25 mm x 13 mm (1" x 0.5") evaluation board and detects hydrogen from 0 to 100% LEL (0 to 40000 PPM or 0 to 4% hydrogen by volume in air).
