If your purchase is directly from Kebaili Corporation e-store (“Kebaili.com”) and you are not satisfied with (the "Product") within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you can return it to Kebaili.com for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and customer must pay and prepay all the delivery/freight charge of the returning package to any carrier used. Or, Kebaili.com may deduct any these delivery/freight charges to Kebaili.com from the amount refundable to the customer., and please, you must contact us at tech@kebaili.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to sending it back. Many resellers offer similar guarantees but you should check their return policies before purchasing. Reseller's policies may vary and are not the responsibility of Kebaili Corporation.

 

Limited Warranty
Kebaili Corporation warrants that the Product, if properly used and installed in the systems described in the written materials accompanying the Product (collectively, the "Instruction Manual"), will be commercially free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially conform to our specifications on the date of delivery under normal usage for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period") from Kebaili.com or an authorized reseller. If the Product fails during the Warranty Period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, Kebaili Corporation, in its sole discretion, may repair, replace or refund the original purchase price.

Extent of Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages to the product that, in Kebaili Corporation’s sole judgment, have been caused, in whole or in part, by accidents, problems with electrical power, use of the Product with hardware other than that specified in the Instruction Manual, and any misuse of the product, such as neglect, alteration, modification, and improper installation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Kebaili Corporation does not warrant or represent that the Product will be free from design defects or errors known as "errata".

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service for the Product, you must contact Kebaili Corporation within the Warranty Period by sending your info via email to tech@kebaili.com, or mailing your information Kebaili Corporation, 18 Technology Drive., Suite #137, Irvine, CA 92618-2311, Attention: Customer Support. Please provide the following information: (1) your name, address, and telephone number; (2) proof of purchase (invoice number); and (3) a reasonably detailed explanation of the problem. Please note that the Customer Service Representative may request additional information from you depending on the problem. If Kebaili, in its sole discretion, determines that the problem with the Product is covered under this Limited Warranty, then Kebaili may choose to repair or replace the Product, or refund your original purchase price. If the Product is replaced, then the replacement Product is covered under this Limited Warranty and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or (6) months, whichever is longer. Customers will be responsible to pay and prepay any delivery/freight charge for the returning package, or the package may be refused by the receiving department at Kebaili Corporation.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Kebaili Corporation disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Kebaili Corporation makes no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. All express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the Limited Warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitations of Liability
Kebaili Corporation shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or error in the Product or THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL, including, but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with a system containing a Product covered under this Limited Warranty, Even if Kebaili Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In no event shall Kebaili Corporation liability exceed the amount of the ORIGINAL purchase price of the Product. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and lasts for as long as such purchaser continues to own the Product subject to this Limited Warranty.

Exclusive Remedies
Kebaili Corporation responsibility under this, or any other warranty, whether implied, express, or by operation of law, for the breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of the product, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that these remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies available to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. No Kebaili Corporation dealer, value-added reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.
