KHS-200 is a MEMS based micropellistor hydrogen sensor packaged in a standard 3-pin TO18 style package with a metal cap and metal mesh filter. KHS-200 detects hydrogen gas in the range of 0-100% LEL.
Sensor Principle: Microcatalytic oxidation reaction of hydrogen. High selectivity to hydrogen, and no cross-sensitivity to methane.
